What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead and support strategy engagements focusing on front-office transformation across various industries - Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate market opportunities and customer needs - Translate complex business problems into structured solution hypotheses and strategic roadmaps - Design and facilitate working sessions with client executives to align on strategy and execution plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic vision translates into executable solutions
What is Required (Qualifications): - 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or innovation role at a leading consulting firm - Strong understanding of front-office functions such as marketing, sales, and customer experience - Proven ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems and synthesize insights from diverse data sources - Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience leading or supporting strategic engagements across multiple industries, particularly in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Consumer Products - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup-style environment with limited structure - Experience in pipeline and offering development, including shaping proposals and creating repeatable strategic frameworks
