Payroll Specialist
that would be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll and supporting financial systems, accounting workflows, reporting procedures, and monthly journal entries.

What You Will Be Doing As The Payroll Specialist
Manage and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy of timecards, taxes, deduction and employee records Coordinate with HR for payroll data validation and compliance Record payroll entries, reconcile payroll related accounts and prepare reports Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts including cash and prepaid expenses Assist in preparing monthly financial statements with key performance indicators Support audits, government filings and regulatory reports (403 (b) audits, Medicaid/Medicare reports, UDS,FFR) Contribute to process improvements and collaborate on special finance projects (340B pricing analysis)
Experience For The Payroll Specialist
No degree necessary Good personality and articulate 2-3 years total experience in full cycle payroll and HRIS management Prior experience with managed care and the FQHC environment preferred Required experience with both ADP Workforce Now (or other payroll software) and Oracle Netsuite (or other financial management system)
