$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager. This role partners closely with the Office Managing Partner and Senior Regional Marketing Manager to shape and execute a local marketing strategy that aligns with firm-wide and practice-specific goals. The ideal candidate will be based in Chicago and serve as the primary marketing lead for the office.
Role is hybrid 3x a week in the Chicago office. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of a local marketing strategy in collaboration with OMP and RMM. Identify and support high-impact opportunities for attorney visibility, client engagement, and thought leadership. Manage the office marketing budget and track ROI on initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with local professional, civic, and industry organizations. Coordinate sponsorships, events, and community engagements that drive business development. Support attorney onboarding, internal culture initiatives, and summer associate programming. Collaborate with firmwide marketing on communications, website updates, and promotional campaigns. Oversee the coordination and delivery of all summer associate office events, ensuring alignment with the established budget Provide pitch and proposal support and maintain marketing systems and data. Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in legal marketing. Demonstrated ability to generate a range of solutions that meet goals and identify the benefits, costs and risks associated with each solution. Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed. The budgeted salary range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000.
