Assistant Marketing Manager
to help manage client accounts, coordinate marketing campaigns, and ensure the smooth execution of projects across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities
1. Account & Project Management
Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on brand. Support in campaign planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring deliverables are aligned with client objectives. Assist in managing retainer scope deliverables — from monthly workplans to ad-hoc projects. Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and content calendars for each account. 2. Campaign Coordination & Execution
Work with designers, videographers, and external partners to produce high-quality marketing assets (static, video, ads). Coordinate social media content production — from shoot planning, captions, and scheduling to monitoring performance. Assist in managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads — including budget monitoring and reporting. Support in PR & influencer outreach: preparing media lists, sending invitations, following up on deliverables. 3. Strategy & Creative Support
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts, viral content ideas, and strategic initiatives. Conduct competitor and trend research to inspire fresh creative directions. Support in preparing decks, reports, and proposals for clients. 4. Monitoring & Reporting
Track campaign results, social media performance, and influencer content, providing actionable insights to the team. Assist in compiling monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting wins and opportunities for improvement.
