Senior Associate / Senior Counsel – Trust & Estate Litigation Location :
West Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid or Remote ) Work Model :
Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) or Fully Remote Base Salary :
$150,000 to $250,000 per year + Bonus Work Model If you're based in Los Angeles and enjoy in-office collaboration, the team follows a hybrid model with two in-office days per week. If you prefer to work remotely, you're welcome to do so from anywhere in California. A current CA Bar license is required for all candidates. What This Firm Does This is one of California’s top probate litigation teams, exclusively focused on complex trust, estate, and conservatorship matters. The practice is known for handling high-stakes cases with precision, tech-forward workflows, and a culture built around attorney growth, collaboration, and real mentorship. You’ll handle matters from intake through trial with support behind you but room to lead. The firm is also open to training experienced litigators who are new to probate. What You’ll Do Manage your own caseload of trust and estate disputes Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial prep materials Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Advise trustees, beneficiaries, conservators, and personal reps Make independent litigation decisions and guide client strategies Collaborate with a highly skilled legal team and mentor junior attorneys What You Need At least 5 years of direct experience in probate and trust litigation 8 to 10 years of civil or family law litigation with strong references and job stability Strong legal writing, attention to detail, and client communication skills California Bar license in good standing Compensation and Benefits Base salary from $150,000 to $250,000 plus bonuses Full medical, dental, and vision premiums covered for employees 401(k) with profit sharing, no match required Unlimited PTO and sick time based on meeting billable targets Fully remote or hybrid flexibility Unlimited MCLEs, paid bar dues, and CLA memberships Quarterly trainings, mentorship programs, and career development tracks Summer Fridays, team events, and a supportive office culture Interested?
