Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel is seeking an experienced
Promotions & Events Manager
to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact casino promotions, live entertainment, and guest engagement initiatives. In this role, you will: Oversee all casino promotions from concept to post-event analysis Book live entertainment for the comedy club, events and bars Manage the online ticketing platform, promotional kiosks, drawings, and related software Supervise and develop a small, high-performing promotions team Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Team Managers to meet strategic revenue and guest engagement goals Qualifications & Skills: 4–7 years of management experience in marketing, event planning, promotions, or entertainment Proven ability to deliver engaging, large-scale events in a hospitality, casino, or entertainment environment Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; casino player tracking system experience a plus Schedule Requirement:
Must be available to work
weekend nights, select holidays, and other peak business periods .
