1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Anchorage Wolverines are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead operations for The Den , our official team store at the Sullivan Arena. This is your chance to be part of Alaskas premier sports organizations and bring the Wolverines fan experience to life! Position Overview: The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of merchandise sales and operations, including inventory management, ordering, product display, game-day operations, and online store fulfillment. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sports, retail management experience, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of The Den during games, events, and select office hours Oversee inventory tracking, ordering, restocking, and seasonal product planning Coordinate with vendorsand other stafffor product design, printing, and delivery Hire, train, and schedule game-day retail staff and volunteers Maintain a clean, organized, and fan-friendly store environment Process online store orders and ensure timely shipping or pickup Track sales, prepare reports, and assist with merchandise promotions Qualifications: Retail or store management experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game/event days Basic computer skills for point-of-sale, inventory systems, and online sales Passion for sports and creating a great fan experience Be part of the Anchorage Wolverines family and game-day atmosphere Opportunity to help shape our merchandise lineup and brand presence How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter toisaiah@anchoragewolverines.comwith the subject line: Store Manager Application Anchorage Wolverines .
