Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or related field 3+ years of customer management experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or ecommerce sectors Experience in developing customer contact plans, research, segmentation, and email marketing (marketing automation knowledge preferred) Proven sales and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities About Cortland
