We’re seeking a
passionate, driven, and people-focused Managing Director
to lead our Evansville team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on making a real difference in the lives of families while developing and motivating a team.
What You’ll Do:
As Managing Director, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our K-12 learning center and lead with heart and purpose. You’ll play a key role in shaping students’ academic success and mentoring your staff toward excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee student programs and assess academic progress. Conduct monthly parent conferences and maintain strong family communication. Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and school staff to support student goals. Administer evaluations and create personalized learning plans. Recruit, train, and inspire a team of dedicated educators. Drive enrollment growth through community outreach and lead conversion. Maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, or related field preferred). 1–2 years of leadership experience in education, sales, or business management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High energy, positivity, and a passion for student success. Results-driven mindset with a team-first attitude. Hours for this position are typically
