Salary: $47,000-$50,000 + bonus opportunities
Type: Full-time | On-site
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 12:30-8:30 PM, Sunday: 10:30-4:30 PM

At Huntington Learning Center in South Tampa, we’re looking for a former teacher who’s ready to lead, inspire, and make a broader impact. As our next Center Director, you’ll run a high-achieving academic center, mentor instructors, work directly with families, and ensure students reach their goals.

What You’ll Do
Center Leadership
Oversee daily operations and ensure center goals are met
Manage a team of part-time instructors (primarily SAT/ACT-focused)
Maintain a culture of excellence and student success
Academic Oversight
Supervise and support educational programming for 50+ students
Schedule staff and ensure quality instruction
Step in to teach as needed
Family & Student Engagement
Conduct conferences with families
Monitor student progress and update learning plans
Build lasting relationships with students and parents
Community Outreach
Represent Huntington at local schools and events
Promote awareness of our academic services
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
3+ years of teaching or related educational experience
3+ years of leadership, coordination, or team management
Based in the Tampa Bay area
You’ll Excel If You:
Are a former teacher looking for a leadership role
Love working with students but want to step into a strategic role
Are Organized, Self-driven, And Passionate About Education
