Job Description: NDi is seeking a Federal IT Asset Management Specialist with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent education in asset management within an IT environment. The role involves supporting asset tracking, conducting inventories, maintaining asset accountability, and providing related customer support functions. Requirements: U.S. Citizenship is required. Active TS clearance at the time of application, willingness to obtain SCI access, and ability to pass a CI polygraph. This position is onsite in Washington D.C., five days a week. Qualifications and Experience: Associate Degree (or higher) in logistics, IT, or a related field, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 5 years in Asset Management or related fields. Experience managing IT assets related to network and telephony infrastructure, including routers, switches, PBXs, and VoIP devices, with a focus on inventory accuracy and lifecycle management. Ability to collaborate with IT and telecom teams to ensure accurate asset documentation reflecting system configurations and operational needs. Proficient in technical research and analysis to support data-driven asset lifecycle decisions. Strong communication skills for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder interaction. Knowledge of federal regulations and policies related to IT asset management. Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities efficiently. Highly organized with attention to detail and accountability. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint is a plus.
