As a Private Banker in the U.S. Private Bank, you will advise families on building, preserving, and managing their wealth. Your knowledge of investments, financial planning, credit, and banking will enable you to advise current clients and generate new client relationships. You will be part of a local team supported by an institutional platform with resources, specialists, and intellectual capital to help you achieve clients' goals. Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client relationships by earning trust, understanding needs, providing targeted advice, developing solutions, and delivering exceptional service. Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing and new clients. Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs. Partner with internal specialists to offer interdisciplinary expertise. Connect clients across all lines of J.P. Morgan's business. Ensure solutions meet clients' needs through holistic, goal-based planning. Adhere strictly to risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
10+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services Bachelor's Degree required Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates must obtain within 90 days Proven sales success and strong business acumen Established community network Understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred Proactive, takes initiative, demonstrates critical thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments J.P.
