Company Description Siren is a modern donation platform designed to make giving personal, social, and effortless. Donors can support multiple vetted nonprofits in one place, either through curated cause bundles or by creating and saving their own. The platform allows each donation to be dedicated, shared, and tracked for real-world impact. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Growth / Partnerships at Siren, based in New York, NY. The Head of Growth / Partnerships will be responsible for driving user acquisition, developing growth strategies, and forming strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing growth marketing campaigns, implementing customer acquisition techniques, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting sales outreach. The role also involves closely collaborating with various teams within the organization to align growth initiatives with overall company goals. Qualifications Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Customer Acquisition skills Experience in Sales and Business Development Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on-site in New York, NY Previous experience in the nonprofit sector or with donation platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Reimbursements A share of equity in Siren, a registered company, through stock options Seniority level
