Responsible for leading a team of high performing data analysts, insight analysts, reporting analysts and operations analysts in transforming data into business insight by delivering a wide range of reports, dashboards and analytics.

What you'll do Leads a team of senior analysts responsible for planning,data, and analysis needs that pertain to corporate and agency sales programs

Collaborates with other departments including Loyalty, Network Planning, and Customer Experience to integrate holistic performance measurement and actionable levers to drive corporate and agency performance

Guides performance understanding for leadership related to corporate and agency performance as well as identifying and estimating strategic opportunities to increase revenue share and profitability

Supports others in the daily use of corporate and agency analysis and reports

Leads planning and analysis for corporate and agency initiatives targeted at account as well as customer level

Works closely with data management team to address data integrity and requirements for best practice in use of corporate and channel data

Takes an active role in the performance management process by completing goal setting, interim review, and year-end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback

Performs other duties as required

All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

7 years related experience

5 years experience leading a team including data architects, developers, and BI professionals

Extensive experience in statistical modeling, business analysis, systems planning, and project management

Experience with MS Power Bi, SQL, Teradata, Tableau and power-pivot

Experience delivering information management solutions to large numbers of end users

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Graduate Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field

Knowledge of airline economics and reporting

Experience with relevant data sources including: PRISM, DDS, TCN and Flown

Skills, Licenses & Certifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Knowledge of the airline’s data and sales corporate programs

Knowledge of enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, content management and data management

High performance orientation

Skills in managing a large volume of projects and strong ability to multi-task

Ability to have a sense of urgency about work and constantly striving to reach new levels of performance

Ability to be a versatile leader with strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude who enables an organization to operate at maximum efficiency and accuracy
