We are seeking a Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge Finance and Technology teams in support of finance systems transformation initiatives. This role will be instrumental in enabling the successful implementation and adoption of platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, ensuring system functionality aligns with business and financial requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance systems, data integration, and transformation leadership. Ideal candidates will have Life Insurance or Reinsurance experience.

What You Will Work On Act as a Super User and SME for finance systems, supporting integration, data flow, and error resolution across platforms. Evaluate system enhancements and troubleshoot issues to ensure alignment with financial and operational needs. Lead testing efforts, support data migration activities, and validate system functionality during transformation initiatives. Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Project teams to ensure successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA and related tools. Drive business readiness through training, documentation, and change management support. What You Will Bring

Life Insurance or Reinsurance industry experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Strong experience in finance systems implementation and support, especially SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms. Proven ability to translate business requirements into system functionality and process improvements. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in testing, data migration, and system integration within finance environments. What You Can Expect
