Motion Recruitment . We are seeking a SAP Techno-Functional Payroll Consultant for a long-term contract in Atlanta, GA (hybrid).
Contract Duration: 12 Months with potential extension or conversion.
Requirements: - W2 only, local Atlanta candidates.
Responsibilities include: Implementing and supporting SAP S/4 HCM, including payroll, based on business needs. Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and align SAP Payroll solutions. Developing SAP HCM strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance payroll processes and compliance. Expertise in SAP Payroll for complex enterprises, including system capabilities, translating requirements into technical specs, leading design, configuration, and development of payroll solutions, with strong ABAP skills for custom functions. Providing subject matter expertise on SAP Payroll and related modules. Participating in testing phases: unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Documenting functional designs, test cases, and results. Proposing system and process improvements. Managing high-priority changes or emergency transports. Documenting functional specifications from SAP implementation partners from a business perspective.
