Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO.

: E-mail Organization for the CEO, including sorting, distributing, drafting responses, and managing related activities. Review select documents for the CEO and provide analysis as appropriate. Create and review the call list with the CEO, tracking calls and reminders. Manage the CEO's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and engagements. Coordinate travel arrangements with travel agents, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Organize details for events such as meetings and social gatherings. Handle highly confidential information with discretion. Participate in meetings, prepare notes, and distribute as needed. Screen incoming phone calls. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
: Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of information. Flexibility to work evenings and late nights if required. Professional appearance and demeanor. Effective communication with clients and vendors. Ability to build positive relationships within the organization. Resourcefulness and efficiency with minimal guidance. Multitasking and handling multiple projects. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Meeting deadlines consistently. Ability to work independently. Attention to detail.
