Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst will deliver financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and analyze data to guide business decisions. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and collaborating with leadership in a rapidly growing, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts. Develop and maintain complex financial models for planning and strategy. Analyze financial results, KPIs, and trends to provide actionable insights. Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and provide financial guidance. Support the annual budget process and strategic planning. Conduct variance analysis, scenario modeling, and ad hoc analyses. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Ensure data accuracy through analytical review. Present findings to senior leadership clearly and effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 5+ years in financial analysis, preferably FP&A. Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and proficiency with systems like Oracle NetSuite and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in tech or SaaS companies is a plus. Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
