General Manager
to bring energy, leadership, and passion to our Baton Rouge location. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to step into a leadership role where your people skills, hustle, and love for tanning can truly shine. What You'll Do:
Lead daily operations to keep the salon clean, upbeat, and running smoothly
Hire, train, and inspire your team to hit goals and deliver amazing service
Drive membership growth and sales with smart strategy and team motivation
Manage scheduling, cash handling, and admin tasks like a pro
Build a fun, loyal customer base by creating standout experiences
Promote the brand through events and local outreach
Who You Are:
You've got 2–3 years of management experience in retail or restaurants
You know how to lead a team and drive results - even on the busiest days
You care about great customer service and creating a positive vibe
You're organized, dependable, and ready to grow
You're all about that glow life and love wellness & self-care
What You'll Get:
$50K–$55K
total comp (base + commission + bonus)
