Lead daily operations
of the salon to ensure a welcoming, clean, and high-energy atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Recruit, coach, and develop
a high-performing team focused on delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales goals.
Drive revenue
through strategic sales leadership, performance tracking, and accountability.
Promote the brand
through local outreach, in-store marketing, and community engagement to attract and retain loyal customers.
Create exceptional client experiences , ensuring each guest receives personalized and professional service.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in sales or customer service.
A performance-driven mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong organizational and operational skills, including experience with cash handling, scheduling, and reporting.
Passion for sales, customer service, and the beauty/wellness industry.
Confidence in both in-store and community-facing marketing and outreach.
What We Offer:
Total Compensation: $50,000-$55,000/year
(Base Salary + Bonuses + Commission).
