General Description This position will be assigned to the Administration Department providing administrative support services to the Management Team. Performs general clerical duties, including data entry, revising/updating and maintaining spreadsheets and other documentation in the area of assignment. Prepare reports as needed for the Management Team. Maintains policy and procedure manuals. Assists with CMS and state survey by maintaining the facility survey preparedness manual. Schedules meetings, answers phone and directs calls. Attends and assists with documentation of Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI), Management, Safety/Disaster, and other meetings as assigned. Will fill in for other Office Associates in different departments as necessary. Computer skills are required. Performs related duties as required. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position. Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug and alcohol screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Applicants must successfully pass a background check.
