An iconic fine dining restaurant on the Upper East Side is seeking an accomplished
General Manager
to lead its front-of-house team. This elegant, French-inspired establishment is part of a world-renowned hospitality group and consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience at the highest level. The Role: We are searching for a dynamic and service-obsessed leader who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hospitality, and team development, with a deep understanding of elevated guest service and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure world-class service and hospitality Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of managers and service staff Partner closely with the culinary team to maintain a seamless and memorable guest experience Uphold and exceed standards expected at the Michelin level Manage labor, scheduling, P&L, and service flow with precision Cultivate a warm, gracious, and professional dining environment Requirements: Must have experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant Minimum 5 years in fine dining leadership roles, preferably in NYC In-depth knowledge of French cuisine, fine wine, and elevated service culture preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to lead by example and maintain poise under pressure What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits.
Salary to $160K Strong Bonus to bring the
