Position Summary Serve as the welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for voters and visitors at an election site or election office. This role combines clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks to support voter registration, ballot processing, and efficient election operations. Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM (must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed) Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls; take and relay messages promptly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.

Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and record keeping.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.

Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training preferred.

Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment: Office-based environment with frequent interaction with staff and the public.

Requires sitting, standing, and light lifting of materials.
