Start by reviewing work orders to assess today's priorities, whether it's moving, collecting, or distributing items. Engage in physical work, manually or with equipment like forklifts, to load/unload materials. Deploy cranes to carry materials to their destinations. Inspect materials using tools like calipers and micrometers, ensuring specifications match. Enter detailed transactions into our systems, maintaining exact records. Communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers for seamless operations. Identify ways to enhance processes, aiming for excellence in reducing waste and costs. Rigorously follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Capably handle company vehicles when tasks require mobility. Weekly engage in safety inspections to ensure equipment remains prime for use. Your Growth Path

Gain experience in every warehouse role through cross-training initiatives. Required Skills

Completed high school education or equivalent. Five years minimum experience with warehouse operations and forklift usage. Able to manage 70-pound loads and efficiently maneuver material handling tools. Sound math skills with fluent English capabilities. Preferred Traits
