Procurement Manager – EPC High Voltage Power Delivery
Seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead a team of procurement specialists supporting large-scale Transmission & Distribution and Substation projects. This role requires deep knowledge of high-voltage electrical components and proven leadership in managing procurement teams. Requirements 8+ years’ of Electrical Power Transmission & Distribution infrastructure project procurement. Direct high-voltage sourcing experience. 2+ years’ of direct line people leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop procurement and expediting staff. Oversee sourcing, negotiations, and contract awards for high-voltage packages (switchgear, transformers, wire & cable, conduit, substation assemblies). Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with technical specs and schedules. Monitor budgets, supplier performance, and delivery timelines; mitigate supply chain risks. Maintain and grow vendor relationships within the electrical infrastructure sector. Preferred : EPC background, strong vendor network, experience supporting estimating and BD teams.
Travel up to 25%.
