Seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead a team of procurement specialists supporting large-scale Transmission & Distribution and Substation projects. This role requires deep knowledge of high-voltage electrical components and proven leadership in managing procurement teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop procurement and expediting staff. Oversee sourcing, negotiations, and contract awards for high-voltage packages (switchgear, transformers, wire & cable, conduit, substation assemblies). Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with technical specs and schedules. Monitor budgets, supplier performance, and delivery timelines; mitigate supply chain risks. Maintain and grow vendor relationships within the electrical infrastructure sector. Requirements: 8+ years' procurement experience in T&D and/or Substations 2+ years' leadership experience in construction or infrastructure. Direct high-voltage sourcing experience. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Preferred: EPC background, strong vendor network, experience supporting estimating and BD teams. Travel up to 25%.
