We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator
to support themarketing and business development initiatives of the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, professional services, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns. Maintain the firm’s marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. Digital Marketing & Content: Manage and update the firm’s website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.). Create and repurpose content such as blog posts, attorney bios, and event summaries Business Development: Assist attorneys in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials. Maintain and update practice group and firm brochures. Event Coordination: Organize client seminars, webinars, sponsorships, and networking events. Handle logistics including venue coordination, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up. CRM & Database Management: Maintain contact databases and ensure data accuracy for email marketing and outreach. Coordinate firmwide use of CRM tools and email marketing software Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Excellent oral and written communication and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. Experience with CRM, and email marketing tools preferred. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently High level of initiative, diplomacy, and tact Relocation is not being offered for this position. Remote candidates are not able to be considered.
