We are seeking a
Senior Associate / Vice President
to join our client’s Legal Documentation – Capital Markets team in the
United States . In this key role, you will lead the negotiation of a broad range of capital markets Master Agreements, supporting a diverse global client base. You will manage complex negotiations, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery on all documentation matters. Responsibilities: Draft, review, analyse, negotiate, and execute Master Agreements (including ISDA/CSA – VM & IM, MRAs, GMRAs, MSLAs, GMSLAs, CDEAs). Negotiate SIFMA MTSCAs. Complete legal due diligence, including Capacity & Authority review and Netting & Collateral analysis. Work with internal stakeholders (Credit Risk, Treasury, Front Office, Collateral Management) to complete negotiations. Negotiate directly with external clients and counterparties. Provide progress reports to management. Compile and maintain playbooks for Key Asset Management Clients. Skills and Qualifications 4+ years of experience in legal documentation within financial services or capital markets. Proven negotiation experience with Master Agreements. Strong understanding of derivatives, securities lending, and repo documentation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and drafting skills. Why Join Us?
