Job Summary: Netradyne is a leader in fleet safety solutions, utilizing Computer Vision and Edge Computing to transform the transportation ecosystem. They are seeking a SLED Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions within the State, Local, and Education market sector. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements. • Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and develop solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and improvement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives. • Design and implement solutions that address identified business needs, considering factors like cost, time, and feasibility. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly within the SLED market. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within the SLED sector. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. • A strong understanding of the SLED market, including government procurement processes and regulations. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. • Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions. • Familiarity with data analysis tools, software, and platforms. • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field Company: Netradyne engages in improving fleet safety through computer vision and in-depth data analysis.
