Minimum Requirements:
PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Life Sciences with 10+ years of industry experience, or a Master’s degree with 15+ years of post-academic experience.
Proven expertise in oral solids (tablets, capsules) product development, especially in complex formulations like modified release products. Formulation experience is highly desirable.
Leadership experience managing a small team of 3-10 members.
Strategic business experience in portfolio selection, due diligence, and business planning is preferred.
