STV is currently seeking a
Site/Civil Engineering Design Specialist
for its Buildings group in
Owings Mills, MD . The candidate will collaborate on a wide variety of projects including conceptual master plans, waterfront redevelopment, mixed-use, office buildings, industrial buildings, housing/apartment projects, commercial buildings, and civil/site structures. The position offers the opportunity to work with a civil design team processing documents associated with land development projects within the Baltimore Metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and be an Engineer In Training (EIT). Experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD is strongly preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Experience preparing civil engineering documents related to grading, erosion/sediment control, stormwater management, roads, utilities (water, sewer, storm drain, conduit) for public and private sector clients, preferably within Maryland and Baltimore City. Experience working in Baltimore metropolitan jurisdictions and familiarity with their design review processes. Knowledge of MicroStation or AutoCAD. Successful completion of the FE exam (EIT) with the goal of obtaining a PE license within 3-5 years.
