Job Summary: Lockton is an insurance brokerage organization that offers services such as extensive assessment, research, and best-fit programs. They are seeking a Technical Product Manager to manage the Product Development lifecycle and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the execution of product vision and strategy. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Product Owner to build the product. This includes creation of user stories. acceptance criteria, user testing and release timelines • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, managing sprints, backlogs, and releases. • Manage the relationship with external system integration partners to define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap. • Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with development teams to address roadblocks and employ product modules, features and complex functionality. • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. • Gather and analyze user feedback, system performance trends, and data analytics to inform product improvements. • Ensure the technology stack aligns with enterprise-wide IT strategy and best practices. • Ensure best-in-class technology principles are applied to product development. • Coordinate with internal and external teams, including data analysts, developers, and engineers, to drive product success. • Plan and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders. • Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all products meet industry regulations. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user adoption, development timelines, and product quality. • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation. • Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, user experience, and market positioning. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the product and organization. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Insurance, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the insurance analytics or technology space • Problem-solving skills aimed at overcoming roadblocks, developing intuitive solutions to complex problems, and navigating challenging requirements • Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud computing, SaaS, software development processes, and data analytics tools • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha! • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex products successfully • Familiarity with commercial insurance (P&C), underwriting, claims processing, or regulatory compliance Preferred: Company: Lockton is an insurance brokerage organization that offers services such as extensive assessment, research, and best-fit programs.
