that specializes in providing engagement solutions for Fortune 500 businesses. They offer services related to employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives, and channel partner programs. Their goal is to help companies motivate and engage their employees, customers, and partners to drive better results. Requirements: Stable career history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years Residence in the greater Minneapolis area Must be able to work in a hybrid role, with at least 3 days per week in the office Responsibilities: Identify potential accounts and develop account entry strategies Conduct prospecting campaigns and develop relationships Understand customers’ critical business strategies Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions to meet customer objectives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience, calling on Fortune 1000 companies Proven success in new business development selling professional services Experience with large sales volumes ($250k+ per sale) Experience with various sales cycle lengths (3, 6, 12 months) Stable career history with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years Compensation primarily through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses Track record of increasing revenue through lead generation Compensation: Base salary of $135K plus commissions and bonuses tied to fiscal year revenue and profitability. Compensation is performance-based and uncapped.
