Full Stack/Back End Software Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a high-level Full Stack Software Engineer with a back end focus! This person needs to be able to synthesize their own solutions and projects rather than just someone who has been given requirements by a product manager. Currently, they have data pollution that needs to be cleaned up to help different lines of business access data more effectively. Excellent communication skills are important as they will be interacting with stakeholders often. This person should ask questions, challenge the team, and help construct the roadmap for the back end teams. The intention is to convert this position to full-time after six months. This team has expressed that they want leaders who are hungry and looking for growth opportunities. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering Ability to synthesize solutions and projects independently, beyond just following given requirements Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python Minimal experience with React Native is acceptable for front-end Experience with DynamoDB and API Gateway Comfortable working with key AWS services, including AWS Athena, Amazon S3, and AWS Lambda Great personality and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
