West Pharmaceutical Services Description This role is hybrid (3 days onsite) in Exton, PA. Candidates applying must reside within a 50-mile radius of the job location. Job Summary This role requires deep knowledge and experience, leading and collaborating with Digital and Transformation teams across locations to define, deliver, and support IT-enabled business solutions. Responsibilities include determining business needs, designing, and delivering technical solutions, especially related to SAP systems, including project delivery, configuration, enhancements, and support, in line with company policies and standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design and architecture for SAP implementations and manage global SAP production support. Collaborate with Quality and Operations to define detailed User Stories for SAP Production Planning, interpreting issues and recommending solutions. Help define strategic direction and design technical solutions in partnership with Application and Infrastructure teams. Participate as a core member of agile sprint teams to configure and develop technical solutions. Deliver functionality to meet business requirements as specified in User Stories. Provide system support and maintenance following standards, policies, and regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP. Create and maintain system lifecycle documents, SOPs, SOIs, and Job Aids. Engage in Change Control processes and adhere to all safety and work policies. Maintain reliable and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities Work effectively in a virtual, global environment, prioritizing tasks in high-pressure situations. Support Lean Sigma initiatives. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Manage people, evaluate performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Mentor and coach team members, fostering team development. Manage projects, including planning, budgeting, and documentation. Apply broad expertise to solve complex problems. Support SAP S4HANA system support and maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expertise in SAP, especially SAP S4HANA Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality modules (PP, QM, EWM). Experience with SAP S4HANA integration and implementation. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SOPs and compliance standards. People management experience. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Work Experience 8-10 years in related roles, with experience in Agile & Scrum, ITIL preferred. Travel Requirements Up to 20%, approximately 52 days per year. Physical Requirements Sedentary work involving lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally, mostly sitting.
