Lead Painter / Project Manager
to support a wide variety of residential painting projects!
Improovy provides a complete selection of house painting services, including interior & exterior house painting, deck painting, fence painting, and porch painting.
In this role, you'll manage our in-house team, various subcontractors, and interact with customers and vendors. You should be a great problem solver, knowledgeable about the industry, and flexible to work in different situations.

Requirements: - 5+ years of management experience in residential painting, construction, or drywall - Managing teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers - Comfortable working in a field-based position - Tech-savvy, understanding painting jobs from start to finish
