Responsibilities:
Develop end-to-end digital operational process flows to effectively run a Semiconductor R&D Lab. ct as a Business Analyst for R&D Lab Operations teams, primarily supporting MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and related functions. ssess business requirements and collaborate with BPA/End Users to review and streamline needs to deliver business value. Configure the MES system to meet business requirements. Document and maintain MES modeling processes. Collaborate with IT Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, and customers to co-develop an MES roadmap and drive product/features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. Operate within an Agile environment-continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks. Engage with user-focused groups to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers. Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of various stakeholders. Lead the functional design process based on in-depth knowledge of users and relevant technologies. Define and write/review Functional Specifications (FS) in line with the BPD/BRD. Present FS to the Technical Architect to support detailed design. Review and approve technical designs in collaboration with business teams. Support the functional architecture for various processes within a semiconductor lab. Provide global business support across different time zones. Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to ensure alignment with the original scope. Review UAT test cases and work closely with business and execution teams to ensure successful UAT completion.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in English-excellent writing and listening skills. Strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen. Proactive, self-starter with solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders for collaboration and alignment. Proven experience with MES systems; functional knowledge of FactoryWorks MES is a strong advantage. Prior experience in the semiconductor industry or relevant knowledge is preferred.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience in product or project development. Experience working with MES solutions and/or in the semiconductor domain. Proven track record of launching software or services in collaboration with engineering teams. High proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and a solid understanding of Agile principles. Experience in driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions through diverse implementation mechanisms.
Must-Have Skills:
