ServiceNow NowAgent and NowMobile Development Expert . The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s mobile capabilities, including NowMobile, NowAgent, and CMDB skills. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our mobile applications and optimizing agent workflows to improve user experience. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement mobile applications using ServiceNow NowMobile. Create and refine agent workflows with NowAgent to streamline information delivery. Utilize CMDB skills to ensure data integrity and effective asset management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective mobile solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile development and deployment. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and best practices to ensure optimal use of tools and features. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow mobile development, specifically with NowMobile and NowAgent. Strong understanding of CMDB and its application within the ServiceNow platform. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Highly recommended. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
