• Monday to Friday schedule no weekends or holidays, 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 25 - 30 patient points per week based on travel needs
• Home health setting serving adult patient population
• EMR: HCHB
• Home health and OASIS experience strongly preferred

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
