What You ll Do:

Serve as a mentor and clinical practice resource for staff

Plan and deliver ongoing education and skills training

Provide expert guidance in complex patient care situations

Promote evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives

Act as a liaison between staff and leadership
Qualifications:

RN license (Alaska, or ability to obtain)

BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required

Bachelor s degree in Nursing preferred

5+ years acute care RN experience preferred

Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills
Work Environment:
Acute care hospital setting with collaborative, team-focused culture. Occasional weekend or holiday shifts required.
