You'll be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team in a community-centered environment. As a Clinical Resource Nurse in the Med/Surg unit, youll be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple departments. Youll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with complex medical needs, often working independently and making critical decisions. This role includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, respond to changes in patient conditions, manage medications and equipment, and assist with discharge planning. You'll also contribute to bedside education, staff orientation, and quality improvement efforts. Flexibility to float between med/surg, ICU, and ED as needed is essential.
