Opportunity for Impact
We are seeking a Product leader to drive the global product strategy for our entire suite of enterprise and government solutions. This critical role reports into the CTO and is a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will inherit a platform and multiple products that address tax and accounting compliance challenges in the Digital Asset and Fintech landscape. You are expected to shape the future of our products and platform, enabling our next stage of growth into both commercial and government markets.
You will be the bridge between our ambitious company vision and the tangible products our customers love and rely on. You will lead a talented team of product managers, fostering a world-class product culture rooted in customer empathy, data, transparency, and deep collaboration. This role requires a unique blend of market intuition, strategic thinking, technical savvy, and inspirational leadership. You will work hand-in-hand with Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders, our esteemed Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Engineering to build and deliver solutions that dominate the market.
Role and Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Translate the overall company vision into a compelling and coherent product vision, along with a multi-year product strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. Clearly articulate and evangelize this strategy across the organization, to the executive team, and the board.
- AI Transformation: Imagine and test innovative AI-based solutions to both existing and new challenges. Develop strategy and roadmap to navigate the rapidly accelerating AI landscape and make informed investment choices that deliver real value to customers.
- Roadmap & Execution: Own the end-to-end product roadmap, from ideation to launch and iteration. Implement a robust process for prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and strategic importance. Ensure the annual and quarterly roadmaps align with strategic goals and revenue targets.
- Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class team of product managers and product designers. Champion a culture of customer empathy, data-informed decision-making, continuous learning, and radical transparency. Foster an environment where the team feels empowered, accountable, and collaborative.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison for our extensive bench of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in tax and accounting, ensuring their invaluable domain knowledge is seamlessly integrated into the product development process.
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership to ensure a healthy, efficient, and predictable product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success) to define product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans.
- Market & Customer Intelligence: Become a company expert on our customers, the competitive landscape, and market trends. Drive a continuous feedback loop through customer interviews, user data analysis, and market research to uncover unmet needs and new opportunities.
- Process & Operations: Define, measure, and report on key product metrics (e.g., adoption, user engagement, customer satisfaction, business KPIs). Continuously refine the product management processes and toolsets to improve team efficiency and impact.
Professional Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, VP) managing a team of product managers. Experience scaling a product organization at a high-growth, global company.
- SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in an Enterprise B2B or B2G (Business-to-Government) SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and growth levers.
- FinTech/RegTech: Significant experience in the tax, accounting, FinTech, or RegTech (Regulatory Technology) industries.
- AI / ML / Data Science: Experience launching AI/ML features in products and leveraging with internal operations.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a successful product strategy for a complex, global product portfolio.
- Leadership & Mentorship: A track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier product talent. You lead by example and inspire your team to do their best work.
- Data-Driven: An analytical and quantitative mindset. You are comfortable using data to drive strategic decisions and to persuade others.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Crypto Native : Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency space, underlying technology, its nuances, and its potential applications beyond just the basic functionalities to help ensure our products are not only user-friendly but also secure, compliant, and innovative.
- Government Experience: Proven experience with products sold to government entities, and an understanding of public sector procurement cycles and requirements.
- Technical Background: Degree in engineering/science/math and technical experience as an engineer or technical product manager.
The base salary range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
