Base pay range: $135,000 - $160,000 per year

Responsibilities

Optum Heart and Vascular Center

Position Title: Facility Administrator

Location: 2724 North Tenaya Way, Suite 110, Las Vegas, NV 89128

About The Role

We seek a hands-on Facility Administrator with proven experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations. Experience leading teams in high-acuity outpatient cardiac or interventional radiology settings and managing busy ASCs is essential.

At Optum Heart and Vascular Center, you'll lead daily operations, ensure clinical quality, and drive growth in a fast-paced, physician-aligned outpatient environment.

What You'll Do

Clinical Quality & Safety

  • Lead with a patient-first mindset; ensure safety protocols and best practices are applied.
  • Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to align care with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Support High Reliability Organization (HRO) initiatives and quality benchmarks.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, coach, and retain a strong clinical and administrative team.
  • Set expectations, foster accountability, and promote teamwork and professional growth.
  • Support ongoing staff education and readiness.

Growth & Strategy

  • Work with physicians to expand service lines and increase volume.
  • Support referral outreach, community awareness, and partnership development.
  • Align local strategies with regional and corporate initiatives.

Operations & Financial Oversight

  • Manage daily ASC operations focusing on safety, efficiency, and patient experience.
  • Own full P&L responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and documentation standards.

What You Bring

  • Clinical background (RN, RT(R), RCIS) with leadership experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and/or IR.
  • Leadership experience in an ASC, outpatient procedural, or surgical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and business operations.
  • Proven ability to build provider relationships and lead teams through change and growth.

Qualifications

  • Active clinical license required: RN, RT(R), or RCIS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3-5+ years leadership experience in high-volume outpatient or multi-site clinical environments.
  • Hands-on experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage daily operations, and oversee compliance.
  • Track record of physician partnership, service line growth, and financial results.
  • Deep understanding of accreditation standards, quality metrics, and risk mitigation in outpatient surgery.

Salary: USD $135,000 - $160,000 per year
