Summary

Marketing is the engine of growth for any organization and critical to its sustained success. The

Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic development, execution, and

optimization of marketing efforts to grow awareness and drive engagement with both the Miracle

Foundation and its technology product brand, ThriveWell. This role will primarily focus on elevating

the Miracle Foundation’s brand through development and donor-focused marketing efforts, while

also supporting product marketing and brand expansion for ThriveWell, our technology platform.

This individual will be a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a blend of creative, analytical,

and technical skills. The Director will lead integrated marketing and communications strategies,

brand positioning, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and product marketing in

alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Functions

Brand Strategy & Oversight

Lead brand development and integrity across all Miracle Foundation and ThriveWell

materials, messaging, and communications.

Serve on the organization’s Executive Team, contributing to cross-functional strategy and

leadership.

Set and evolve Miracle Foundation and ThriveWell brand architecture in alignment with

organizational growth.

Marketing & Communications

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team departments ( product, programs, and

development) to manage all facets of marketing and digital communications.

Lead external communications strategy for Miracle Foundation’s donor engagement,

fundraising campaigns, and annual initiatives.

Lead implementation of internal communications and brand guidelines, including reviewing

slide decks, ensuring message alignment, and maintaining visual consistency across

materials

Manage content consultants in the creation and execution of email and SMS campaigns

using Campaign Monitor, Sprout Social, and Salesforce.

Develop and oversee Miracle’s PR efforts in the U.S., including pitching media, writing press

releases, and securing speaking/publishing opportunities for the Founder and CEO.

Digital & Social Media

Oversee Miracle Foundation and ThriveWell’s social media strategy and execution across

platforms in both the U.S. and India.

Manage digital advertising, email marketing, and retargeting campaigns with a focus on

acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Proven track record of social media growth

Product Marketing for ThriveWell (20%)

Build and scale the product marketing function for ThriveWell, working closely with the

update Product and Program teams.

Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for ThriveWell with an

emphasis on customer segmentation, market awareness, and credibility.

Partner with Sales and Program teams to support outreach and partner communications.

Measurement & Reporting

Establish KPIs and report regularly on marketing performance to the Leadership Team and

Board of Directors.

Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and

Campaign Monitor.

Support Development and Product teams with website functionality, WordPress (Elementor

Social, Canva, and Campaign Monitor.

Stay current on marketing, digital, and product marketing trends to inform strategy.

Team & Budget Management

Supervise consultants, interns, and staff contributing to marketing efforts.

Manage marketing budget, timelines, and deliverables.
