We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Attorney to join our client's distinguishedEmerging Companies & Venture Capital practice, a pivotal component of their broader Technology Sector group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing sophisticated legal counsel to a diverse portfolio ofburgeoning enterprises and nascent ventures . This encompasses a broad spectrum ofcorporate governance andstrategic advisory functions, often serving in an "external general counsel" capacity, guiding clients through critical business decisions. A core responsibility will involve orchestrating and executingcomplex venture financing rounds , spanning bothearly-stage seed investments andlate-stage growth equity transactions . This includes adeptly representing both thecompany's seeking capital and theventure capital funds and other institutional investors deploying it. Qualifications :
