Key Responsibilities

• Handle private company mergers and acquisitions from term sheet to closing.

• Provide strategic, business-focused legal advice to clients.

• Draft and negotiate complex corporate and transactional documents.

• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of transactional law experience in a law firm setting.

• Strong background in private company M&A and venture financing.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

• Exceptional academic record.

• Superior analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
