Job Objective : Manage inventory, prepare orders, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers. Assist warehouse management daily by demonstrating leadership within the warehouse team.

Deliveries:
- Deliver materials by the time scheduled by your supervisor
- Validate directions
- Unload or assist in unloading material as required
- Ensure that material is properly secured and within weight limits
- Ensure delivery of ticket with material and obtain customer signature
- Communicate with your supervisor throughout the day
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations
- Deliver product on time while practicing all safe procedures.
- Always drive safely and courteously, recognizing that the vehicle and driver are visible symbols of RelaDyne to the public and all customers.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's license with tanker and HazMat endorsements is required.
- Must have valid DOT Medical Card.
- Verifiable clean driving record. Both must be kept current
- Pull orders for shipment
- Place the material in the staging area; return the ticket to the supervisor
- Separate material to shipping points
- Load outgoing shipment onto trucks
- Receive all incoming materials
- Unload incoming shipments from trucks
- Verify and complete the delivery receipt.
- Note damaged or shortage on delivery receipt and have driver initials
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
- Complete all receiving paperwork
- Stock and stage received materials
- Keep the receiving and shipping areas organized
- Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner
- Pick up customer returns and validate that product matches request for credit
- Pick up local-pickup purchase orders
- Secure and return packing list(s)
- Verify all material has been unloaded and placed at the delivery site
- Verify the customer's signature on the delivery ticket.
- Review delivered orders with the supervisor for completion, accuracy, and format
- Return all delivery ticket copies to warehouse, and verify that none are missing
- Assist in warehouse operations as necessary
- Always represent the company in a professional manner - ensuring customer loyalty
- Abide by all polices, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures

Certificates, Licensing and Software Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A Commercial Driver's license with tanker and HazMat endorsements is required. 1-year verifiable CDL driving experience.
