Your Mission

At BuildOn Technologies, youll own customer product catalogs and data accuracy from end to endensuring that what customers see is correct, every time. Youll be a key contact for assigned accounts, helping Sales, Marketing, and Support deliver a flawless experience.

What Youll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain product data SKUs, pricing, images, descriptions
• Respond to customer tickets with accuracy and urgency
• Clean, audit, and organize catalogs across systems
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to gather and enrich data
• Provide insights and reports to help teams work smarter

What Were Looking For

• Experience with customer data, product catalogs, or CRM systems
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Great communication skills to keep customers and teams in sync
• Problem-solving skills and a commitment to doing it right the first time
