This is an excellent unit to learn about various neurological diseases while utilizing your nursing and critical thinking skills. Work with our interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment caringfor patients with stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain Barre Syndrome and more! Being a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center and the only Level 4 Epilepsy Monitor Unit in our region, we see many acute and complex patients. As a Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, we work with aspecialty team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat seizures using state-of-the-artcontinuous video EEG technology.
