Pay Information $2,312 per week About The Position Job Title: Level 2 RN - Client Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Neuromusculoskeletal Duration: 17 weeks Shift: Rotating (Days/Eves/Nights) Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Two (2) years License: RN License (NY License only) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), NIHSS (preferred) Must-Have: Telemetry experience required Description: An exciting opportunity awaits on a specialized neurological unit. This is an excellent unit to learn about various neurological diseases while utilizing nursing and critical thinking skills. Work with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment caring for patients with stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain Barre Syndrome, and more. As a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center and a Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, we see many acute and complex patients. As a Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, we work with a specialty team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat seizures using state-of-the-art continuous video EEG technology. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team that values nursing skills, talents, and compassion for the patient population.
